- disadvantage: 1. need a complicated anti-alias LPF
Advantage: 1. low resolution LPF
2. higher resoultion could be achieved
3. Push the noise into higher frequency band (noise shaping)
Disadvantage: 1. need high over-sampling 64 or higher
